We designed the Intrinsic Impact survey protocols and reporting tools with arts organizations in mind. While our software can handle virtually any kind of survey data, the program is especially suited for theatres, symphonies, dance companies, choirs, museums, film festivals, multi-disciplinary presenters, and other arts organizations of all sizes.

Our industry-tested Intrinsic Impact survey protocol template was designed with impact questions at its core but also includes questions about buyer behavior, ticket type, motivations for attending, attendance frequency, advertising methods, engagement programs, and more. Additionally, there is room for further customization based on your interests and research goals.

How much does the service cost?

To remain affordable for arts organizations both big and small, pricing for Intrinsic Impact services and licensing is tiered by annual organizational budget size. Pricing starts at a low of $1,500 (US) per year for organizations based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Australia. A one-time set-up fee may also apply.
